Q. Do you offer payment or financing plans?
A. Yes, We have a flexible payment plan which coincides with duration and additionally we maintain financing capabilities. (per project basis)
Q. Can I work along side you to reduce costs?
A. Yes, you can complete some cosmetic-work yourself, However working along-side our craftsmen may be hazards to individuals with limited carpentry skills, and may present major insurance liabilities.
Q. How does the building process work?
A. There are several phases and stages during the course of any project.
Phases: (Design, Production, Tender)
- Determine Budget; set budget constraints and contingencies.
- Create a set of 'plans' or blue-prints (based on the budget
- Design Options; Select Finishing Materials, Colors, etc.
- Permitting; obtain the necessary building design/ and usage approvals from;
Fire/ City-Zoning/ County Building Official.
Stages: (Foundation, Framing, Drywall/Painting, Trim)
